Block B's P.O Involved in Car Accident in Jeju, Sustains Minor Injuries

P.O (Pyo Ji-hoon, 표지훈), a member of the South Korean boy group Block B, was reportedly involved in a car accident on Jeju Island. He was struck by a car while crossing the street, news that caused considerable concern among his fans. His agency addressed the incident on the 22nd, confirming that P.O sustained only minor injuries and is recovering well. He is scheduled to begin filming for the new drama “Good Partner 2” as planned next week.

According to Korean media outlet Newsis, the accident occurred around 9:56 PM on the 19th, when P.O collided with a car while crossing a road in Jeju City. Firefighters responded to the scene and transported him to the emergency room of a general hospital in Jeju City for treatment.

P.O reportedly sustained injuries to his arm and knee in the accident. Fortunately, his injuries were not severe, and his life is not in danger. At the time of the incident, he was on vacation on Jeju Island with friends, though his detailed itinerary was not publicly disclosed.

Addressing public concern about his injuries, Artist Company, P.O’s agency, told Korean media, “The accident resulted in only minor injuries. P.O is expected to participate in the filming of ‘Good Partner 2’ as scheduled next week.”

Preliminary police investigations indicate that the accident did not involve drunk driving or running a red light. The exact cause and circumstances of the accident are still under further investigation.

P.O has been highly active in his entertainment career recently.
