The staff member continued to shout "Back off!", and Joy then walked towards the building again.

JTBC News also reported on the incident, conveying its severity. According to JTBC, the staff member, an SBS security guard, apologized to Joy's fans. Reportedly, the staff member stated that there were too many fans on-site and he yelled excessively to ensure safety. 

Although the staff apologized, fans pointed out that not only does SBS need to apologize to Joy, but also promise that similar incidents will not happen in the future.
