aespa made their first pitch at MLB!

On the 9th (Korean time), aespa's first pitch ceremony took place at the New York Yankees Stadium in the US. This was an event before the match between the New York Yankees and the Chicago White Sox. aespa, who made the first pitch at the prestigious New York Yankees team, immediately caught the attention of KPOP fans and baseball enthusiasts.

That day, except for Giselle who was absent due to health issues, Karina, Winter, and Ningning also appeared on the field. Dressed in Yankees' uniforms, the three displayed the beauty of a KPOP girl group and enthusiastically waved to the cheering audience, showing their composure. 

Subsequently, Winter made the first pitch, then the three took a group photo with the Yankees players, successfully completing their first pitch since their debut. aespa shared behind-the-scenes photos of them standing at the pitcher's mound and nervously walking out onto the field through their official SNS.

As such, aespa made their first pitch at the Major League Baseball (MLB) in the US since their debut, which indeed reflects their global standing. It's the first time for a Korean artist to make a first pitch in the Major Leagues since the singer and actress SUZY in 2014.
