The LA-TERRACE Hannam purchased by Jennie was completed in 2012 and is a building with three underground levels and three above-ground levels. It comprises a total of 15 households. Jennie purchased an apartment located on the second basement floor with an exclusive area of 74 pyeong and a common area of 87 pyeong, featuring a total of 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

In fact, Jennie had already paid the deposit in February 2021, which was 10% of the total price, amounting to 500 million Korean Won. After signing the contract, she paid the remaining balance of 4.5 billion Korean Won in July this year, 2 years and 5 months later.
