On the 11th, Attrakt announced, "On the 19th of August, in the 1365th episode of SBS's 'We Want to Know' titled 'Billboard and Female Group - Who broke the Wings', Mr. A, who posed as an insider for the interview under suspicion of spreading falsehoods and harming reputations, filed a lawsuit at the Gangnam Police Station on the 11th."

"We Want to Know" conducted an interview focusing on the FIFTY FIFTY incident. After the interview was aired, the Broadcasting Communications Review Committee received complaints from 1,146 citizens this year, with viewers accusing the show of being "biased towards the members."

Defendant A stated in the program, "After the song 'CUPID' suddenly became popular, I only thought 'I also want to make some money'. Until the members debuted, I never attended any end of the month evaluations. Why am I suddenly referred to as the father of FIFTY FIFTY?" conveying a message that completely contradicts the truth.

Attrakt's lawyer stated, "The remarks of Mr. A, whose identity is unknown, have had a significant impact on the reputation of the representative Cheon Hong-jun of Atract amidst an ongoing false disposition lawsuit between Attrakt and FIFTY FIFTY. However, Mr. A's statements are clearly based on the false assumption that representative Jun Hong Joon is only concerned with economic benefits, spreading false facts. Such misleading statements may misinterpret the efforts of Jun Hong Joon and damage his reputation in society," explaining the reason for the lawsuit.
