A netizen shared a screenshot of a news report revealing that ATTRAKT has filed a lawsuit against The Givers, an outsourcing company represented by Ahn Sung Il. On the afternoon of the 7th, ATTRAKT submitted an additional complaint to the Gangnam Police Station, accusing Ahn Sung Il of embezzlement in business, forgery of private documents, and the use of forged private documents.

According to a statement by SOJONG, the legal representative of ATTRAKT, during the process of reviewing the handover documents received from The Givers, instances of unauthorised appropriation were discovered, which had been carried out without prior agreement from ATTRAKT.

Upon verification with the labor contract company, it was revealed that The Givers had fabricated a false labor contract and engaged in the unauthorised appropriation.

An ATTRAKT representative stated, "We have consistently discovered evidence suggesting that Ahn Sung Il, the representative of The Givers, the outsourcing company for the FIFTY FIFTY album, is suspected of committing a crime." After the report, ATTRAKT's legal representative's information was uncovered by the Korean online community. ATTRAKT's lawyer, Kim Byeong-ok (literal translation), graduated from Seoul National University with a bachelor's and master's degree from the College of Business.

Notably, he was formerly a registered accountant at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), one of South Korea's top four accounting firms, before passing the bar exam to become a lawyer.
