In 2021, Kim Se-jeong wrote on her Instagram, "It's been a long time since I went out with my older brother," showing off her glamorous fashion outfits. The production team expressed, "I can't believed, how did she dress like this when going out with her older brother?" expressing doubt.

Kim Se-jeong also said: "I can't believe it either. But why? Because my brother used to weigh over 100 kilograms. My brother originally weighed about 120 kilograms, but after losing weight to 80 kilograms."

"Because it was so amazing, I took my older brother to the clothing store and gave him a complete makeover, from hair to clothes," she explained the situation at the time and the elaborate outfits for the outing.

Kim Se-jeong added, "I have to dress up well to go out without feeling embarrassed. That's the kind of mood it was. I really spent a lot of money that day."
